Does this have a flat contact to place comfortably against the body?

The bottom is flat but the rest is rounded. I usually use the bottom of stem on the body

Right now we are shipping them with a green velvet case. it is the usual color, sometimes it does change, but right now it's green

This is made of aluminum. It is made of the highest quality aluminum alloy and manufactured through precise inspection. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

how long the vibration last on some other brand its not for very long?

Your right. But the Biosonics brand has the longest resonance I’ve ever found so far. And be sure to hold it lightly. Too firm a grip will dampen the resonance.
