I would say it is closer to tan with a hint of gray

Is there a cut out for the hoses or cord? Does it vibrate

There is no cut out for hoses or cords. It should not be touching the pump underneath if possible so it should not vibrate

How does it hold up to weed wackers ?

They are made of fiberglass and are fairly durable, while they are not designed specifically for weed whackers they should be fine with the occasional hit. They also come with a one year warranty so if they have any issues with their durability we would be happy to exchange it under warranty.
