Bought these for one room and put the rest away. Just said to my partner today I was happy that we had purchased a pack of 10 and able to have them on hand if needed

These wall plates are builders grade and not what I would consider heavy-duty. a screw is included with each wall plate to affix it to the receptacle. The finish is glossy. If you installed the receptacle properly, with the box flush to the wall surface, these covers work well. They serve the purpose of preventing fingers from touching the parts that'll give you an unpleasant jolt.

I purchased these to replace old ones in an old house we purchased and fixed up for our mother and they are a good product made of good quality plastic and did the job for a great price
