If you like chicklet keyboards this is great and the headline says it all. Gets used most days all day with no issues. Keys are firm and concise with no side to side movement and have a comfortable travel. The keyboard itself is a nice weight and stays on place on a polished desk. Ability to switch between multiply machines in a home office environment means only one keyboard for the works and personal machines. Switching is seamless. Battery life seems fine. A suggestion to the designers at Dell would be to allow an option sync the mouse and keyboard so that when you changed the connection on one it changed the other as well rather than having to do them individually.

I absolutely LOVE this keyboard and mouse. It makes it so easy to switch between my desktop and laptop as the keys are similar. It has a big return button which I prefer. The keys are low profile reducing noise and finger fatigue. I had a problem initially as the keyboard would randomly hold down keys (most notably the "delete" key which caused me to lose a lot of work) and the mouse was laggy. HOWEVER, after Googling the issue, I realised I didn't have the most up-to-date software from Dell for this hardware. Also, I had the dongle in the back of my PC, which was causing interference. Since downloading the updates and moving the mouse dongle to the front of my pc, I have had no issues whatsoever. HURRAH! In short, I highly recommend this mouse and keyboard. It's just a shame Dell doesn't make it clearer about how to ensure they work properly, but it was no trouble to resolve once I was aware.

Item as described, comes with one USB that works for both mouse and keyboard. Keyboard is good for typing with, letters don’t stick at all.

Do not buy this set if you value your time. The hardware itself looks fine, but the software required to manage the settings on Windows 10 (the "Dell Display and Peripheral Manager" or DDPM) is an absolute nightmare. The installer forces you into a complex, multi-monitor KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) setup that is impossible to skip or cancel if you just want to adjust a mouse sensitivity setting. It forces driver installs for features you don't even have or want. It was a painful, multi-hour process just to install a basic driver suite. After finally getting the correct, standalone "Dell Peripheral Manager" installed to bypass the KVM bloat, the mouse still performed terribly, jumping across the screen erratically even with all Windows settings adjusted. I had to uninstall all Dell software and ended up buying a generic Logitech mouse to solve the problem. The keyboard is okay, but the software hassle and poor mouse performance make this a definite one-star product. Stick to simple "plug and play" alternatives like the Logitech M185. (I would add that I have a Dell PC and a Dell monitor). (And now after three weeks, the keys on the keyboard are getting "soft". Dreadful, dreadful product. Binning the keyboard now. I thought I was going for quality buying Dell. I was mistaken).

Great bundle. Only criticism is that the keys seem a little chunky and proud for chiclet style keys but perhaps it’s just a case of getting used to them.

Keyboard feels nice, pleasant to use. But let down badly by the mouse which feels cheap, slippery, and overly large. within a couple of days it's gone annoyingly unreliable. Missing clicks and movement erratic. Even took battery out to make sure it was reset. No change.

Ottima, a differenza di altre marche note, non ha ritardi anche se non vicina al wifi. Tastiera precisa e silenziosa.
