Are these gloves puncture resistant? Would they provide some protection from a knife puncture?

would these work for metal roofing by prevent cuts yet preventing the metal sheet from slipping from your hands?

Yes, the gloves do work well for metal roofing. That's actually one of the purposes they were designed for.

depends on what you call warm. I have issues with hot and cold because of Systemic Lupus and so my hands feel temps differently. They were hot for me, but they contain some polyester and I am allergic to polyester so they got too hot for me. Hope you find the answer that you want from someone else.
