Great Customer Care, I highly recommend
The first keyboard I received had two malfunctioning keys, likely due to delivery. I contacted the seller, and they were kind enough to personally deliver a replacement. It works perfectly well for a refurbished keyboard. I highly recommend it.

Item defect
Very bad product. Keyboard doesn't work properly. Caps lock stays in green. Keyboard can't connect to the Mac.

Ghost typing
It looks nice. Unfortunately started ghost-typing key "3" non stop and it's annoying. So returned. If you have one that duly pass a quality check, reply here so I can place another order here and see. Another thing, sending a keyboard with empty batteries is NO NO. I prefer no batteries, than empty batteries. It causes unnecessary defect troubleshooting because we don't expect sending a product with empty batteries. Give me a feedback soon pls because I need another keyboard.
