CORE Digital Stethoscope, 8572, Black Tube

A review after roughly 4 years of usage.Absolutely great stethoscope, particularly if you want to be in cardiology. It will pick up any murmur in the world, even with layers of clothes on. I got it on Black Friday, so it was a really good deal.

Expensive to buy. I would recommend all doctors to invest in this stethoscope. Amazing sound quality.

I work in a voluntary team that can be called to do medical cover in potentially noisy environments. A trainer we know had one of these and one of our guys thought it would be a great idea for those who might use a stethoscope in our situation. I don't but others in the team do and I bought this one for one of them as a birthday gift. It doesn't get a huge amount of use in our environment but when it has the amplification and ability to review what has been heard has been brilliant. Since then another team member has got one and both use theirs in their day jobs on wards and in the ambulance service as well as when doing other medical event work. There's none of this did I hear that right or are you sure you heard that as you can recheck.

Purchased for a family member who’s a nurse and makes things a lot easier for them. Great value for money

As a medical educator I bought this hoping for something to help students in small group teaching to appreciate real life auscultation sounds.This item is great!More interesting is I have had a student with mild hearing loss who has struggled and this item through the earpieces amplifies and cuts background noise very effectively. Game changer.If I have a grumble it’s that the app is quite quiet on the phone when playing back sounds as clearly designed for headphones so if developers would tweak that then I would be forced to admit they had the perfect teaching aid. Grudgingly I also have to say in my general practice work I’m amazed how much more I am hearing and how much more confidence this provides me in clinical decisions.

Unfortunately, the digital part never charged. I used multiple cables, changed the plugs, did it all: doesn't charge. It came defective.

Jestem kardiologiem dziecięcym. Sam stetoskop cardiology IV jest naprawdę dobry , jednak element cyfrowy nie nadaje się do osłuchiwania dziecka- znacznie pogarsza jakość dźwięku szczególnie przy niepokoju dziecka. Jeśli potrzebujesz dobrego stetoskopu wystarczy ci cardiology IV bez dodatkowej nakładki elektronicznej, natomiast dla małego dziecka wystarczający jest zwyczajny stetoskop pediatryczny.

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Stethoskop. Ich hatte vorher das Cardiology III und habe jetzt zum Core gewechselt. Das Stethoskop hat zwar seinen Preis, allerdings bietet es die Möglichkeit durch die Verstärkung deutlich mehr zu hören. Das ist ein riesiger Vorteil.Jeder kennt diesen einen Patienten, wo man partout nichts hören kann, egal wie sehr man sich die Mühe macht. Und dieses Stethoskop bietet einem die Option das zu ermöglichen.Man kann in der App einstellen, ob man eher alles hören, eher das Herz oder die Lunge hören möchte.Aufnehmen kann man es auch, um es sich später für Lernzwecke erneut anzuhören oder einem anderen vorzuspielen.In der App allerdings funktioniert die Wiedergabe bei mir nicht, sobald ich diese einem Patienten zuordne. Versuche ich die Datei zu öffnen um auf die zugeordneten Töne zuzugreifen, hängt sich die App auf und nichts geht mehr, bis ich die App komplett schließe und neu starte.Wenn sie nicht zugeordnet sind, geht es sie abzuspielen, was sehr schade ist, da man ja halt nicht weiß wem di eAufnahme gehört, wenn man mehrere Patienten abhört. Aber das ist ja ein Software Problem von der Eko App, die meiner Meinung nach ja nicht von Littmann verursacht wird, daher kann man das denen natürlich nicht zu Lasten legen.Pro:- Littmann Qualität- Sitzt bequem- Analoger und Digitaler Modus, sodass man auch ohne Akku hören kann.- Aufnahmen können gespeichert und immer wieder gehört werden- Verstärkung der Geräusche um mehr zu hören und auch besser zu hören, gerade wenn Patienten sehr leise Herztöne haben.Contra:- Software hat aktuell Probleme- Fraglich wie das Gerät auf längere Reinigungen reagiert, da es ja elektrisch betrieben wird. Die USB Buchse hat leider keinen Schutz und ist offenMeine Meinung:Mir persönlich sagt das Stethoskop sehr zu, ich arbeite gerne damit und man hört deutlich mehr. Die Aufnahmen kann ich für private Zwecke nutzen, für Lehrzwecke und auch um es ggf. Arbeitskollegen zu zeigen und nachzufragen (falls notwendig) bzw. als Nachweis.Ich würde es wieder holen, sollte es irgendwann mal kaputt gehen, einfach, weil ich schon oft genug entweder kaum oder nichts gehört habe und es mir gewünscht hätte, dieses Stethoskop zu haben. Und mal ehrlich, wenn man das nötige Kleingeld hat, ist dies sicherlich eine sinnvolle Investition, weil man bei der Auskultation ja gerne die Pathologie hören will. Es ist sicherlich kein Must-Have, da es die Jahre davor auch mit dem Cardiology III super funktioniert hat, aber wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, ist es eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Lieferung schnell und unkompliziert. Bin in der Notfall- und Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin tätig, benutze das Stetoskop mehrmals am Tag. Atemgeräusche, Herztöne und Peristaltik werden Dank des Verstärkers auch für schwerhörige hörbar…Was mich wirklich überraschte ist, dass es eine dazugehörige App (kostenlos) gibt, in der man die Töne aufnehmen und dauerhaft speichern kann und diese für die Fort- und Weiterbildung nutzen kann.Was ich ebenfalls besonders gut finde ist, dass ich durch diese App gleichzeitig am Telefon oder Tablett mithören kann, wenn ich jemanden Anleite und dieser mit dem Stethoskop den Patienten auskultiert.So können pathologische Nebengeräusche direkt besprochen werden, ohne dabei die Untersuchungszeit unnötig in die Länge zu ziehen.Der Akku hat eine sehr gute Ladekapazität, ich muss ihn 1x pro Woche laden, ob es so bleibt wird sich mit zunehmenden Alter des Akkus zeigen.Ich kann dieses Stethoskop nur jeden Ausbilder in medizinischen Fachberufen empfehlen. Durch das Feedback meiner Schützlinge ist es für zum Must Have geworden.

Ce stéthoscope littmann bluetooth core est excellent. Il est très facile à appareiller (coupler) au téléphone androide (samsung récent) et certainement iphone, et l'on peut entendre le streaming en direct soit à travers le téléphone lui même en montant son volume (le patient entendra en même temps que vous), soit à travers les prothèses auditives que je porte et qui sont déjà couplées au téléphone androide car ce sont des téléhones respectant le protocole ASHA (audio streaming for hearing aids, en l'occurence des starkeys récentes evolv, ça marche très bien aussi sur les prothèses unitron maître dans le domaine des couplages des prothèses aux divers téléphones et ordinateurs, et donc ASHA ou pas).On peut bien sûr aussi enregistrer des petits morceux d'auscultation et les stocker.Points faibles : je ne connais pas le niveau des piles. Une fois j'ai voulu ausculter un patient et le stétho était à plat: là on peut toujours écouter mais ce serait le son naturel non amplifié, car il faut recharger le téléphone avant de pouvoir amplifier et uriliser les bluetooth.L'amplification est fidèle au son naturel et elle est très agréable à écouter.Point plus faible pour l'écoute du MV qui me parait très discrètement décalée d'une demi seconde peut être par rapport à la respiration normale. On voit donc le patient respirer puis on entend le MV, et non pas de façon concommitante à 100%.En somme, je recommande ce stéthoscope sans la moindre hésitation pour tous les malentendants appareillés ou pas, et quel que soit l'appareillage (intra auriculaire ou micro contours) et merci amazon qui commercialise ce genre de produit en France, produit non retrouvé sur les magasins de matériel médical français ni ailleurs ! Je l'ai trouvé sur des magasins aux USA mais ils ne voulaient pas l'envoyer en France. A noter que je voulais au départ acheter un stéthoscope core 500 eko mais personne ne le vendait en France. J'ai donc acheté ce littmann et j'en suis très satisfait.Dernière chose: vu le fonctionnement du stéthoscope, il est tout à fait possible de transformer lson propre stéthoscope habituel en un numérique Buetooth en y insérant sur le trajet de la tubulaire (qui conduit l'air) un core, qu'on peut acheter séparément. Ce core transfrome le signal vibratoir des ondes acoustiques en un signal bluetooth qui sera recueilli pa rle bluetooth du téléphone et écouté de façon simultnaée dasn les oreilles soit via les pavillons insérés dans les CAE soit via les prothèses auditives.
