Works like it should
I couldn't find the valve, looked EVERYWHERE. Finally broke down and ordered this one....works perfectly, but within 5 minutes (probably less than 5) I found the original. This must be a magical valve....lol

Maybe universal but does not work on IP-LUX60
I use my IP several times a week and when our first valve went undetected into the garburator, we replaced it with this universal valve, HOWEVER, it does not seal - it's fine for the slow cooker function but won't seal for pressure cooking.

It works - it just works differently to the original IP valve.
I wasn't sure about this valve at first - it just spins and doesn't lock as the IP original valve did. But figured out that for whatever reason, it doesn't need to! You just put on the lid and you're good to go!
