The Tipton Deluxe Cleaning Rod is exactly what I want in a rifle cleaning rod. The single‑piece design is sturdy and straight, and the 36" length is perfect for cleaning .27–.45 caliber rifles without feeling cramped. What really stands out is the smooth ball‑bearing handle. The length you need when running longer barrels
Good quality rod that works well. Smooth rotation through the barrel and brass transition is smooth and even. Longer version is GREAT for working a longer barrel. Don't ram my hand into the buttstock all the time anymore. Wish I would have known about this sooner. I'd never have bought the 36".

.17-.20 is good for cleaning a .22 pellet rifle.
A great cleaning rod. The tube needs to be a little shorter or have packing in it as the end protection cap came off and allowed the threaded end to punch a hole through the rubber cap during delivery.

Great rod
Cleaning rod works really well and can feel the engagement of when running a brush or jag. Missing cap for the storage tube, had to order one. The 44" is the way to go for cleaning Bergara HMR 6.5 CM with 22" barrel.

The Best Gun Cleaning Rod!
I got this for my .223! Simplifies rifle cleaning and eliminates the danger of damaging the bore. Should use with a Bore Guide kit - Tipton offers 2. Top quality item and definitely worth the money. I also got the Tipton jags. Guns are expensive and you should use the best equipment to maintain them and protect your investment. This is the top of the line in gun cleaning rods. I am so impressed with this one that I have just ordered one for my .308!
