These are great and help my digestive systems in good working order. Particularly when I am too busy or too lazy to cook a fully fibrous and nutritious meal.

I thought it would take some time for my body to adjust to taking something new but it worked immediately for both me and my teenager who loves milk but gets bloated when he drinks it. Not any more! Very happy with this purchase!

Great for digestion and good price.

These do help with digestion but unfortunately, they contain dicalcium phosphate which gives me kidney stones.
