Use an old can to pour grease into and then throw away when the can is full. But, we rarely eat things from a can anymore, so there bags are super convenient and they are metal or aluminum or lines with something that makes it so you can poor hot grease directly into them.

They hold the grease really well but you can't fill them up too much as they are just a tad flimsy. I would buy them again. Better than a can on the counter.

This product is great for home or camping, wouldn't be without it. Good for a greasy BBQ as well. And it's never leaked.
