I love Max from Stranger Things!
I loved learning about Max's past before Hawkins. I also liked seeing into her thoughts and feelings about meeting Lucas and the rest of the gang in Hawkins. Her step-dad reminded me of mine and triggered some memories. If you love Stranger Things, you'll love this book. I highly recommend it!

Love this book! Bought it for the Billy parts. His abusive father is horrible. great read!

We Stan Max Mayfied 💜
Not a fan of the animal violence portrayed with Billy, but otherwise, an interesting read. I love the back story for Max and seeing her internal processes mapped out. Would have loved for it to continue past the end of the Snow Ball and into the later seasons, but it was written prior to that (maybe a sequel? 👀).
