Major Wireless Connectivity Issues
Was unable to return product as I went past 30 day return policy in an attempt to adjust to it. It feels ok in the hand, but the wireless connectivity issues made it entirely unusable. The mouse overall felt good in the hand and the adjustments made it easy to get just the right fit. However, the wireless connectivity would get dropped if the user pauses the mouse during use(MacOSx 10.11.6 and Windows 10 so it is hardware based on not OS dependant) which made in entirely unusable and detrimental to my RSI related issues. Basically during usage on the wireless version any pausing of the pointer would incur a .25-.5 sec delay before the mouse was responsive and that is IF it were to become responsive. In some cases it would entirely stop responding until after powering off and powering back on. The delay alone made it frustrating to use and actually likely set back my healing from RSI issues. For $125 this is a "snake oil" mouse and an overall piece of $h1t. Currently using a much cheaper and substantially better mouse (primarily due to it's simplicity I guess) https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Vertical-Upright-Ergonomic-Healthy/dp/B00P2LQ39O

Pain has disappeared. Battery life is good. I love this mouse!
I was having some carpal tunnel pain in my right wrist and decided I needed to do something about it. After reading up on ergonomic computing I installed a sturdy keyboard tray and took a gamble with this mouse. The reviews were positive but said that the batteries didn't last very long. I'm not sure where this complaint came from. A pair of good batteries has lasted me over a month of daily use. What they did get right was how comfortable the mouse is. It made sense that using a mouse with a rotated hand would prevent compressing the wrist. I couldn't be happier! It didn't take very long to get used to the shape. It is designed to hold your entire hand - no resting your palm on the desk. The only problem is scrolling. You scroll with this mouse by clicking buttons with your thumb. Click and hold and text scrolls. It is pretty slow, so you can release and hold it again and it will speed up. You can do this a few times until you reach the maximum scroll speed. As a developer, this causes me a bit of grief. It is annoying enough that I leave a second mouse on top of my desk so I can use the scroll wheel if I want more precision. Actually it works out pretty well having two mice like this - especially when doing things that don't require the keyboard. Overall I am quite pleased. I highly recommend this mouse for anyone who is having CT pain. Definitely go with the wireless version or at least don't be afraid of it. It takes standard AA's and does not have a charging cradle, but it does go into an energy saving mode when you aren't moving it.

Excellent, well made product
Excellent, well made product, just too big for my hands...thumb scroller isn't as intuitive as index-finger scrolling, but that's a personal call.

Not for power users...
I really wanted to like this mouse, it is well made and feels solid in your hand. The mouse is very adaptable as well and you can really fit it to your hand. but this is all that's going for it. Usage wise, this mouse is meant for basic users who only needs 2 buttons and use the scroll bar on a window to preform scrolling. I found the scrolling buttons to be impossible to use unless you have a really long thumb and even then it would probably feel awkward. If you are an average computer user, scrolling is probably the second most important function after the left click, and I could not scroll without twisting and stretching my hand. To make matters worse, this mouse has no configuration software to program the buttons for extra functions. I tried leading 3rd party software for that purpose but still couldn't gain that extra functionality because the awkwardness of the scroll mechanism. Unfortunately, the whole orthopedic mouse space is very grim, moving from the mainstream mouse/touch pads is very difficult for power users who needs all sorts of functionality because there is not much out there. The only mouse who came close to hit the mark was the "Evoluent", it's not great but it's on its own class in this space in my opinion. It has 6 programmable buttons and it comes with a software for both PC and Mac (stay away from the bluetooth version and go for the wireless usb dongle version). For this price tag I expect a whole lot more and I would check other options before going with this mouse. From orthopedic point of view these mouse seems to fit the bill but at a very high cost, both money and function wise. At this time I can't recommend this mouse, a simple search would render other comparable options at fifth of the price. or you can check the one mentioned above which is also on the pricey side.

HOWEVER my mouse pad isn't the best so I'm not using it under the best conditions
I wish It came with software so that the button actions could be edited depending on the program. The optical part of the mouse seams sketchy at times, it will respond really quickly or not respond at all, and it goes through batteries fast even thou it dose have the freeze mouse until click function which was a pleasant surprise. HOWEVER my mouse pad isn't the best so I'm not using it under the best conditions. Bottom line my wrist hurts A LOT LESS and the thumb scroll is AMAZING. I would suggest to a friend for sure.

A bit flimsy but works fine.
I ordered this for an office secretary with hand issues.. Not the best quality manufacturing compared to a standard mouse... Seemed a bit flimsy. I did not have any issues with the wireless connections, now after 2 weeks. It is well liked by the user.

Scroll is terrible, connectivity issues are really annoying. I would not recommend this mouse. Especially for the price. It does feel really good in the hand but it's pretty much unusable. Quality feels a little cheap as well.
