Wireless Mouse M325 with Designed-For-Web Scrolling - Light Silver

The mouse works great. As I expected, because I've gotten a few M325s and I like the comfort and operation. The only issue is this time I ordered silver, but it came in white. But it still works.

(Review Body) I’ve always been loyal to this brand when it comes to mice, but even within the same brand, different models and price points can lead to very different experiences. I previously bought a cheaper model for around $12. It didn’t take long before it started acting up. Since I use a dual-monitor setup, the sensor just wasn't sensitive or consistent enough. I found myself constantly shaking the mouse just to find the cursor on the screens, which was incredibly frustrating. I finally gave in and bought this slightly more expensive one (around $21), and the problem was solved instantly. Everything is smooth and responsive now. It makes me realize that sometimes, spending a little more really does make a massive difference in quality.

This is either the second or third of this model mouse that I have owned. It's not the quietest if that's really important to you. It could be, depending on your living arrangements. To me, it's not important. I would say it's responsive and does what I need it to do. It has an off switch on the bottom which I often forget to turn off but the battery still lasts quite a long time. I couldn't really say how long as I haven't really paid attention but... Long. It comes as a bit of a surprise when it suddenly stops working. I usually panic and think it's my computer and then all of a sudden I think, "oh, wait, maybe it's my mouse..." Pop a new battery in and I'm good to go. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts around a year. I mean I've had these same ones for years and years and my recollection of changing batteries is as something I seldom have to do. This time I purchased the gray one and as silly as it sounds, it looks so pretty next to my laptop. I've had more colorful ones in the past but I really like the color of this one and the way it looks next to my device. Not something that's important but something to think about if you were going to spend more for one that's more colorful. All in all it's a good mouse. It does what it's intended for. I'll keep buying them.

A wireless mouse should turn on instantly and have a battery that lasts basically forever. I bought this last year when I ordered a Chromebook for use on same, since I don't like touch pads. The wireless dongle/receiver is very low profile and because I treat the Chromebook with reasonable care, it's safe to leave in all the time, rather than to take in and out repeatedly. The mouse is powered by a single AA battery accessed via a slide-out battery door (not a screw-secured one). There is a place to put the wireless receiver in that compartment, as well. Chromebooks turn on and are ready to go very shortly after you lift the lid, so my concern was that I'd have to wait for the mouse to do the equivalent of wake-up and stretch exercises before it was ready to work. Not so. By the time the screen is on, the mouse is working. I have several Logitech products that have worked for years, in one case, a decade (their roller-ball mouse model T-B/C21) with daily and hard use. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants a low-cost wireless mouse that punches above its weight class.

I really like this mouse, definitely 5 stars. This is actually my second one from the same series. It’s comfortable to use, works smoothly, and feels very reliable. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I recently got a new Dell laptop computer with Windows 10 on it and needed a small mouse to use with it. I wanted a mouse that is small in size and that also has a center scrolling wheel. This Logitech M325 mouse fits that bill perfectly. The mouse arrives ready to use with a battery installed. The USB receiver for the mouse is stored in the battery compartment which is kind of handy for transport purposes. There is no software necessary to begin using it. It is fully plug and play. The mouse can be turned on/off with a switch on the bottom to save battery life. I have this same model mouse that I use with a different computer, and the battery seems to last a very long time, at least a year or longer, even if not turned off. I have not had any issues with the cursor jumping around that has been reported by other reviewers. It’s worth noting that Windows 10 has many configuration options available in the Settings section for a wireless mouse. If your mouse jumps around you can adjust its sensitivity in Windows. In summary, this is an ideal wireless mouse to use with a laptop computer for most home/business/school computer uses. It is not designed for gaming, so you should consider a different mouse if you want to do a lot of gaming with it. This mouse is well built and fits nicely in my hand. The click buttons and scroll wheel all work great. Logitech has been a highly respected brand for many years, and I’ve used many different Logitech products over the years with great satisfaction.

Great wireless mouse, long battery life and pairs well with our Apple MAC Mini, better feel than the Apple wireless mouse in my opinion
