la tige en céramique n'est pas en grain 1000, ne vaut même pas une pierre en grain 600 en terme de tranchant, j'avais acheté une autre marque pour une utilisation personnelle qui fonctionne très bien, mais fuyez ce modèle, il est de mauvaise qualité ...

Good ceramic sharpener
Good white fine ceramic knife sharpener to touch up and maintain the edge. This is not designed nor meant to sharpen a dull knife, but to maintain an already sharp knife with a good edge. A little expensive, but if you like to have razorblade sharp knives like me, go ahead and get one!!
