Awesome product which fulfill your requirements
This is the best product and cyclist must have it. I bought LED torch for my MTB. And connector came with it was so weak that my headlight used to fall again and again and then I decided to use it as home torch but finally bought this which saved my new light purchase cost and now I am able to use old one and this holds my light so tight and systematically very well.

Very convenient and satisfying.
It is made of sturdy material. There are several inserts provided to fit in various diameters of torch and handlebar. Can be easily rotated 360 degree. Can be fit on handlebar, seatpost or any other suitable diameter bar. Used it on several rides on bad roads, it performed well. Very satisfied.

Does not accomodate normal Eveready torch
Does not fit a normal torch. It can only accomodate small thin 1 cm diameter torches only.

Cheap quality product. It just broke at the time of fitting itself

Its good ,,, its of plastic , quality not that good but you can trust it for your light .

It's alright but a bit too loose.
The plastic things did come off at first but you can push them in to their spot. However, in my case, it was loose on it's own so I used a piece of torn fabric to make it fit. It's also too big to fit in the torch other than at the 'head' (the large part)
