It’s porous. The case is mesh but the ribbing gives it a good structure though so it keeps it’s shape well.

No, the supplies were not included.

Does this pouch fit tombow markers? I think i see one in the photo but you never know.

I do not have the marker so I am not sure but I have a pair of 8” scissors in one and they fit fine. The cases are really nice. I like them so much that I bought 4 cases plus 1 for my daughter.
