This version of As It Is is wonderful for someone looking to understand this beautiful faith. I highly recommend it.

It was recommended to me by someone I met by a traveler I met by chance who was dressed a way I found strangely. I asked him a bit about it and while I can't remember the especially long name of his particular religion he told me their form of praying involved several different practices of yoga and their religious book was the Bhagavad-Gita. Having heard much about the Gita from several sources and a few yogi friends who just like Indian culture I went for this one, and now everyone confirms "that's the best one" and I've been enjoying it so far sooooo 5 stars!

I love the purport. Great translation for a book club, very thought provoking, and awesome information to reflect on!

Everyone needs to read this. We have lost our way and this is like the map forward. Let your soul be elevated.

I bought two of this book from different sellers, first came and was very old and damaged.. This version came and is an updated version, the book is a great size, nice paper and a great and interesting read. I would recomend that you buy the updated version 2016 onward. Highly recommended read.
