Will this recharge glow in the dark stuff?

Yes! I have a cabinet and Uranium glass and one shelf of glow in the dark items. The lights work great for charging them

According the size of your classroom,I think you need like three sets so all together it will be six lights,and again I don’t know the size of your classroom for you to get the effect you need,so you just order one set and see where this gets you,then you adjust how many more you need
