Gentle Souls by Kenneth Cole Iso Jane Ankle-Strap Flat

Love it! I have bought so many flats already. They all look very comfortable and you think they will not hurt your feet, until you walk a few blocks with them. It's sooooo hard to find quality shoes for women! These are really cute, extremely comfortable and the quality of Gentle Souls shoes is the reason why you pay more. Even tough the shoes are made in China (at least the ones I bought), they are very high quality, very good material and they will not hurt your feet. I read another review about a Gentle Souls model that was cheaper, though, and the person says it did not have the same usual quality. So, it seems that if I want shoes with this quality, I will need always to pay more. But, honestly, I think it was a great purchase.

I agree, this shoe does not need breaking in; neither does a pair of socks, but I wouldn't wear them for extensive walking. These shoes have no support. In addition, they have a thin rubber sole that goes up the back of the shoe and wore out within three months. That is an epic failure for such an expensive shoe and I will return them. I will never order Gentle Soles again because of the lack of support and flimsy construction.

I got these shoes, was impressed by the fit, and wore them literally to death. And that would have been fantastic if that had meant five, three, even two years of solid use. But I wore them for one season and not every day. At the end of three months, there was no tread at all left on the bottom, and I had to get a new pair of summer flats. I was told by the company that there was nothing to be done about it. Nothing except write a review, it seems...

I loved these shoes when I saw them at Nordstrom for almost $200. I walked away that day wanting them. Weeks later I found them on Amazon for about 55% less. Bought em right away. For a nice shoe I expected comfort and style especially at this price point. I felt my foot widen while wearing them in a way that was uncomfortable to me, with no support at the middle of the shoe and no arch assist. They were very cute but I just felt my foot spreading partially because the shoe barely covered my toes. It needed to be a Little longer at the top to provide a stable bed for the rest of the foot while walking so you dont slip around in the shoe. My feet are normal not narrow but not wide either. I wear regular shoes without a problem. But I just felt that these were a little less quality that I was looking for. Sadly I returned them.

The shoe is nice looking on, the color useful to wear with many colors. For myself, the binding edge across the foot was a bit snug, confining the pinky toe area, but have only worn them 2 days, hope it gives some. I like the shoes. I wear an 8.5, sometimes 9. I ordered the 8.5 and the length is fine.

This is my second pair of this style shoe by Gentle Souls. They fit well and it is the type of shoe that can be worn all day with comfort. They do wear out quickly. Mine only lasted 2 years before most of the rubber was gone from the heel. I would still continue to buy them for the nice look and comfort.

I am in love with Gentle Souls shoes. This is my fourth pair. I am never disappointed with fit or quality and comfort is beyond compare. These are perfect for dress without being too fancy. Can't do heels anymore and these really fit the bill.

Beautiful shoe....too bad they are sooooo narrow! My arch hung in mid air over the side! Very sad and was hoping they would work for me!
