Really works
I'm a senior citizen and purchased this to help lifting a family member after a fall - very difficult for me. While expensive, this is a game-changer - so easy to use. The instructions are simple and the crank used to raise the fallen is very easy to use. Get the storage bag because it keeps the pieces organized well and has instructions inside the lid - also makes it easy to carry. Have used it twice, both with easy success. Didn't have to call for help. Try it, it's really indispensable. So glad I did!

WORKED GREAT!
We used this for the first time and it worked GREAT! In the past when my MIL fell, we would call the paramedics. This chairl lift was easy to assemble and worked exactly as promised. She is a large woman, and there was absolutely no instability at all. The hand crank is a bit cumbersome, but not impossible and SO worth the effort to be able to help a loved one go from flat on the floor to upright. I HIGHLY recommend!

First Time Used
We purchased this lift 3 years ago. Just recently, my husband could not get off the floor. Mind you, he was not hurt. He just said get the chair, and I knew what he meant. It worked like a charm. We keep it handy. My husband is 240 lbs and when we first tested it out, he was 290. No problem lifting him up.

Love this product, life changer!!
Bought this for my 89 year old, overweight dad who has mobility issues. He has occasional falls that would require calling paramedics to get him up. I am a 62 year old woman who is now able to help him up on my own quickly. So easy to use, a real life improvement for us. It breaks down small enough to fit in his closet for easy access. We were concerned about purchasing this due to the cost, but highly recommend this product.

poor quality
What a disaster!! It took a lot of cranking to get my wife half way up and then the crank stripped and I couldn't continue. I expected much better quality than this. I'm very disappointed and I'm sending this back Charles Burton

Amazing?
I researched several different types of lift assist for my elderly Dad, including Indeed Lift, platform lift ( the crane looking types) and even considered at one point using portable hyradulic cargo lift, but given my Dad is almost 250 pounds and how he can barely even move once fall, those types simply aren't practical for us as they require the patients to at least sit up and move a bit. This product arrived on time, my Mom could assemble it and lift me up (210 pounds) by herself and she's 79. I have not had a chance to use it for my Dad yet, and I hope I never will, but I'm confident when it happens, we will be able to get him up easily without calling 911 again. Since I tested it on myself, couple of things. 1. Without the headrest, the back was a bit uncomfortable, but still okay. 2. You have to center the headrest and make sure the back of the patient's head rest comfortablly in it, otherwise it felt really awkward. 3. We didn't see any markings on the side as to which way to crank it. It was a bit confusing to us at first. If you are on the right side of the patient, you crank left. On the left side of the patient, you crank right. It's easier to just remember crank towards the head of the patient no matter which side to lift. 4. My mom is old, so she wasn't sure if the legs were completely inserted in. The rule is to make sure the red X marking on each leg is completely inserted in and you can't see it anymore, then they are fully inserted.

Looks easy enough to work
I haven’t had to use this product yet but I did put it together and it looked easy to work. The true test will be when I have to really use it to lift an adult. I don’t know how to get the message to the seller to get a Medicare exempt form. This would help if Medicare would help pay some on it.

Well made, much needed
This "lift" chair gives me peace of mind. Now, if Dad [who has dementia] falls, I know I can get him off the floor, in just a few minutes. The chair is extremely well made and very easy to assemble and use. I am grateful for the ingenuity that thought it up, manufactured it and offer it for sale. A very helpful tool!

Our adult son has mobility issues and falls often occur, making it very difficult to get him up. My husband spent a lot of time researching to find a product to best suit our needs. The Raizer Lift has been a game changer for our family. Upon receiving, we had to use it 3 times the first week. What a relief to have this product in our home. So easy to use and like the fact that it is portable and that it only requires one caregiver to assist. Highly recommend!!
