Is this a stick that you can just push onto skin & is applied? Or like a tube of toothpaste & needs to be rubbed in?

It's a soft cream or ointment in a tube. Works great when rubbed into skin itchies, but warning on tube, do not also take Benadryl my mouth while using this. Either do one or the other, not both.
