Motorized VHS-C to VHS Cassette Adapter

For me, I was able to use this adapter to convert over 50 tapes to digital. I had zero issues with the motor, or damaging of tapes like a few comments said on many of the converters. My assumptions were those were human error rather than quality of product. It is very straight forward to use, and works well with in my vhs player. Would highly recommend!

Good adapter, but then i tried to find a VHS player, and man, I am in the wrong business. The last new VHS was made 10 years ago, most run about $500. I was able to find a vhs tv combo on the cheap.

Been using for a few days to watch old home movies from vhs-c tapes. . No issues at all. Playing a few hours straight. Was cautious buying as few bad reviews but purchased this one because it had less bad reviews than the others. Arrived quickly. Was new product. Works great. No stuck tapes. And my tapes were flood damaged and not good shape to begin with. But this adapter works.

It was hard to get it to lock into the player and not eject. I have it working now, not sure if the issue is with the player or the holder but it seems to be very sensitive in loading. Other than that, we have gone through six tapes and everything looks good so we are hoping it keeps working.

Had to order a replacement after the first one came dented and unusable . Second one would not open and had broken pieces rattling inside .

My first VCR DVD recorder was defective. I notified the seller and received excellent service. Within days after they received my defective unit, I received the replacement unit and it is working 100%. I would highly recommend this company for purchases in the future. Below is the note I sent to their company : Good morning Steve, I received the replacement DVD VCR Recorder yesterday. I immediately took it home last night and produced DVD's from VHS tapes. Twenty-five years ago I had a camcorder that used VHS-C tapes. It came with a VHS-C to VHS adapter. That original one was the best, but those days are gone. This product is nearly that good. It works great. The motorized heads make it easy to use. Simply install one AA battery and you're set. I played different brands, JVC, Panasonic, etc., and it worked great for all. I recommend this product for anyone wishing to watch your old VHS-C tapes. I also got the "ClearClick" analog-to-digital video converter to digitize some of my old VHS-C tapes. It works equally well.

A couple times I inserted a VHS-C tape/file it appeared that the right side arm did not extend out to make the tape/film stretch out to be parallel with the long edge to be inserted into the VHS player. So I just recommend making sure the VHS-C tape/film is in the correct position before inserting into the VHS player.
