Great quality. Very responsive.
I've been using for a few months and it seems to work great. REplaces another similar vertical mouse which I liked until the wheel started moving the cursor in reverse.

Missing key features - disappointed.
Will be returning this mouse, much to my regret. Evoluent mice are my favorite - they not only have the best vertical styles, they also come in multiple sizes, which is important for someone with "bear paws" like myself. I own at least a half dozen Evoluent mice and have enjoyed them immensely, which is why I bought this one with high hopes. Unfortunately, two key critical factors are missing which are present in all Logitech mice I've used, as well as other manufacturers. First, the mouse is not rechargeable. While it may last for weeks/months on a single AA battery, having a rechargeable mouse is key for me, because when I travel I might not have batteries close at hand (and I never have any at the office). The second star is gone because it can only be paired easily to a single host over Bluetooth at a time. Logitech has up to three computers it can be paired with, so I can switch between my work and home computers with ease. This mouse is chained to a single unit. One star off for each shortcoming. Perhaps I should have read the detailed manuals before purchasing, but thanks to Amazon for their returns, I'll just research more for an oversized bluetooth mouse with multiple pairings as an option... the closest I've found so far is the Logitech MX Master Vertical mouse but it's not big enough for my taste.

Great
Great for those would work long hours on a computer. Used these products for over 10 years, only takes a little getting used to for clicking.

One of the worst mice I have used
I have several complaints regarding this mouse, but if you don't want to read the entire review the TDLR is that the size chart is wrong, the pinky rest/width of the mouse is not designed correctly, and the sensitivity of the mouse when you change speeds is wonky. This mouse is intended for people with a 7 and 1/2 inch long finger length OR larger (I bought the large). When measured, my hand is about 7 and 3/4, so I should fit it just fine. This CANNOT actually be the case though, as when seated fully onto the mouse my thumb and fingers extend past the edge of the buttons / thumb rest area. I have "larger" hands, so typically it's not that big of a deal, except I just dropped over a hundred bucks on a mouse so that I wouldn't have this problem. The silver/chrome looks good, but also leaves fingerprints very easily even after one use (I wash my hands often as well, and even so left marks). Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. When you slow down or try to make slow or "micro" movements with the mouse, it tends to have a tough time registering the movement, so I end up overshooting where I am trying to point at. I don't know a better way to describe it other than "jumpy". I typically use a higher mouse speed, so it was a surprise to me that even after slowing it down I was having issues. At first I thought it was just me or perhaps my mouse pad, so I grabbed a few other mice from my graveyard and tried them out. None of them had this issue, even cheap china ones. If you have used a vertical mouse before you know that it becomes harder to direct micromovements, and with this issue it's extremely frustrating if not impossible to use. Lastly, and this is by far my biggest complaint, is that with most vertical mice, the area for your 4 fingers is not wide enough to accompany your pinky, which typically leaves it crammed below / beneath your ring ringer or squished into your mouse pad as you move the mouse. You don't have to have a degree in ergonomics to understand that that is NOT good for your hands. Well, since it was a large mouse, had a pinky rest, and had individual recesses for each finger, I believed that there would actually be enough room for all of my fingers. Sadly, this is not the case, and my pinky is crammed up against the pinky rest. I don't know if it is the pinky rest specifically, but I have never been fatigued from using a mouse quicker than with this one. It was not comfortable initially, but decided to give is a try anyway. Not even 10 minutes in and my pinky felt strained and started to hurt at the knuckle. This is in no way shape or form ergonomic or usable for people with carpal tunnel. Even if it was, the quality of the buttons, mouse wheel, and sensor are that of a 10-15$ mouse (or one of the free ones that comes with your PC). I've never been more disappointed in any product before possibly in my entire life, especially for this price.

Would be great without the glossy finish
I’m a huge fan of vertical mice and have been searching for a solid premium option. This one is much better than Logitech’s MX Vertical and has a lot of pros, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. There are just enough extra buttons to be useful and they all feel great (and are in great locations). Tracking is solid, and having the wireless receiver be magnetic is a great touch. My biggest problem is the finish of the mouse combined with the shape. It’s very vertical and wide, which makes it more comfortable for larger hands than the Logitech. However, the glossy finish makes it hard to hold onto, so it felt like my hands were always slipping off of it. That slippery feeling made lifting the mouse a massive annoyance too. With a matte finish this would easily be the premium vertical mouse to go for, but without it I still prefer my $20 off-brand option.
