Do both hands move separately or when you move one they both move?

The hands are independent of each other.

Which clock is the rainbow one? The pictures are opposite of the colors, the light blue is titled rainbow, and the rainbow is titled light blue.

The clock that I chose was just like the one that is pictured, the yellow and blue background. I am not sure that there is a rainbow clock honestly.
