Good and sturdy
These turned out to be good and sturdy tools. I’m rebuilding my “Mom’s toolbox” after age 40-something kids used and scattered my other one to the winds. I’m pleased.

I reserve 5-star ratings for "exceeded expectations." These are just better than average.
I knew right out of the box that these were good. They are mid-duty, I think, because I think I have seen thicker steel from larger clamps. However couldn't flex them with side pressure. The part I liked from the first feel was the grip. It is rubberized instead of the plastic grips all over the net with the three little dots. I reserve 5-star ratings for "exceeded expectations." These are just better than average.

Lightweight. Not bulky.
After many varying purchases, I've found that Workpro tools are equivalent in strength, durability, fit and finish to other house brands like Ace Hardware, Kobalt, Husky, and Craftsman, but at a lower price point. I especially like their soft handles and their double dipped handles. They feel good in the hand like an Irwin Vice Grip or DeWalt. Much better than Performance Tool, Stanley, Wal-Mart or Harbor Freight Pittsburgh, but not nearly as good as pro tradesman brands like Knipex, Klein, Milwaukee, or Channellock. This example is no different. I will continue to replace my old, dull, uncomfortable hand tools with Workpro.

Better than I expected
I have dozens of clamps for various purposes and needed something a little stronger with a larger capacity. These looked right, so I ordered them. These are much sturdier than expected. Truly a good set of heavy duty clamps. This special project required a heavier custom sled and it needed a platform to be clamped on to the saw table. My saw has a custom top with anodized rails which I was concerned about being damaged with the heavier assembly but these held it all together securely without any problem and allowed it to work as I hoped. Very happy with these extra heavy duty clamps!
