Yes it does. I got this mat and used it on the inside to catch dirt and mud when my dog comes in. It’s good about dirt and mud, but is covered with dog hair because it’s a little sticky. It’s still good but not serving my purpose so I am using it outside now.

How different, exactly, is the color from pictured? is it a lot paler/ligher? darker? i'm really looking for a bluish-green mat.

Its is more pale, not as vibrant as the picture. More grays, some green and blue tones, even purple, but more earthy looking. I would also say darker.

Will this mat mold if used outside?

I have had the mat outside for over a year and it has not molded.

Does this mat hold up good in the rain?

Mine is on my porch and doesn’t get direct rain on it. But it is still looking good.
