Does exactly what I needed it for

This is made of really strong materials, it was a little hard to get it in some of the slots, but i actually liked that because it makes it very secure. The foam padding is in a good spot to not hurt your spine. This works well for stretching and relieving my lower back pain. It flats out to a a thin piece, nice for travel.

Adjustable. I would use it before I sleep at night and I feel so relaxed afterwards. It's also been helping my posture.

Got the stretcher few days back, after trying it for few mins I can feel the a good stretch in my lower back. Will use for a week and then update the review if my back pain gets worse.

As soon as I used it my back cracked! After that was beautiful relief pain. Can't wait to use this as much as possible!
