I have taken these for several years.I highly recommend them.Quality is #1 with me.Easy to swallow.Vitamin content is fantastic.Value for money is great.Texture good.I don’t notice a taste.

These are easy to swallow even though they are fairly large pills, and don't make me feel nauseous afterwards like some vitamins. They don't smell or taste off-putting at all. I have been taking these especially to supplement vitamins lost during my menstrual cycle, and just generally to be on top of my health as I get closer to 30. I feel good about the amount of dietary support they provide, even though I don't notice a difference in how I feel. I will continue buying these after I run out.
