Best inversion system I have ever found!!
My dislike was the assembly instructions…being old as dirt it took me hours to assemble alone. If you can afford it buy the package with assembly. Likes. Best inversion system I have ever found!! I have had a teeter totter and it was horrible! This system works well and you can do it with out any physical assistance. I used it yesterday for the first time. I was at a 60 % incline; which is all you need to achieve it’s purpose. 15 minutes and all of my upper Neuropathy went away. My back pain was reduced greatly. I will use this daily. It reduced all of my pain after the first use!! This is an outstanding inversion chair and easy to use; especially for us elderly folks. Most importantly is the ability to avoid surgery, therapy, and pain medication!!! Bought on Amazon and worth every penny I paid!!!

Amazing Results!
First let me say the assembly is easy if you have two people working on it. I think if you are alone and doing it that it is possible to put it together but it would be much harder. Second--This inversion chair is wonderful! It is so sturdy and you feel completely at ease using it. I have gotten phenomenal results using it. Much less back pain. Much less!! It is easy to get in (I am 5' 7") and so easy to recline. Coming back up is a breeze as well. I absolutely love this inversion chair. I can't think of one "con" to comment on. I researched many inversion tables and chose this one and I honestly believe I made the best choice.

Hard to assemble but worth it
My husband and I use this chair for relieving neck and back pain. It took almost a full day to assemble, so I def would not say it was easy, but we like it and use it daily. It feels pretty sturdy, even when tilted all the way back, but I wouldn't want to use it for a very large person. One complaint is one of the plastic discs that hold the ankle pads in place keeps popping off. All in all, this is a good product and good value.

Hang like a bat, get relief from back pain!
Assembly took just over an hour. Used the bolt chart to assure correct length and diameter of bolts being used. Works very well. Able to adjust the incline by using the strap attached to the foot rest. Does provide good traction and relief from compressed spine. Used mine for just over four weeks and have gotten good relief. Five minutes every morning and night. Sturdy and can handle up to 250 lbs. I have not ever used an inversion table before, but this is good and easy to use. Worth the money I spent to get some relief of my sciatica.

Very comfortable... good stretch out!
It takes a good 3 hrs. to put together. Lots of screws, bolts and washers. My daughter is a genius at putting things together... she had fun. However it is very sturdy and comfortable. I love it. I feel very secure and I just relax and enjoy. I feel that my posture seems better. It’s a good stretch out. I am 5ft tall and very small. Love it!!!

Nice design but no assembly instructions
The chair has a very clever design. It works very well and just as advertised. I'm surprised that there are not more similar chairs on the market. Four stars for the assembled chair. However, assembly is left to the imagination. There are something on the order of 200 parts and and a schematic exploded view of the chair. I eventually resorted to watching the promotional video of the chair to figure out how the parts fit together. I have a couple of large bolts left over.

Great looking, good quality, seems sturdy
Took about 30 minutes to sort out the screws nuts and bolts. It was time well spent made the assembly much easier. I have been using it for a week and a half. It has made a tremendous difference in how I feel. Back pain is gone. Surprisingly my knee' s aren't feeling sore either anymore. Makes going to work so much easier and sleeping through the night without tossing and turning. My husband 6' 240 has been using it for his back pain as well and feels great relief from sciatica.

Well built and fully adjustable
This design allows people of any mobility condition to easily get the spinal decompression that’s available for the rest of us. I find myself using this over the traditional style table because of the stable build quality. If assembled correctly, there is absolutely zero feeling like the unit could tip over, like I’ve experienced with traditional tables. It does not allow you to go straight up and down (heels over head), but now I’m questioning if that’s even ever necessary. Works as advertised.

Effective traction at home
The product definitely provides good traction. It takes a bit to get used to inverting and getting yourself back up. One by-product of inverting is dealing with the extra blood going to the head particularly if you are predisposed to dizziness. Helpful advice provided is to keep body parts moving which helps direct blood elsewhere. I've been using it for a week now and it is much easier to use with less problems of dizziness. This is the second traction aid I have purchased by Stamina the other being the inline traction control device. Both are effective at traction but the inversion chair gives more traction. As I have multiple levels of disc degeneration and stenosis from my lower back through to my neck both devices have to be used with care. I use one or both several times per day and the traction is effective in reducing pain and tightness. My physiotherapist is great but I hope to be able to do enough traction at home that I will be able to reduce visits to see him.
