PROCON Series 1 brass carbonator replacement pump. Dont replace your entire carbonator if you only need a new water pump. This pump will fit most carbonators. Series 1 PROCON pumps feature the protection of an integral inlet strainer (100 wire mesh screen) to trap particles which can cause serious damage to the pump. Normally good pumps, not this one.
Have used Procons for over 30 years. Not sure whats up but this particular pump didn't last a month. The only reason Procons typically go bad is if they are run dry which this one was not. I will say this pump sounded funny from day one. Not sure if it was a mfg defect or it was a refurbished pump? Waiting on warranty inquiry. So far no response.
