Can you add apple care ?

As far as I know, this warranty is only available when purchasing a new iphone from an accreditated Apple dealer.

Can they item be returned if I change my mind?

Of course you can. When you buy something online it is covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulations as of 13 June 2014

I bought 12 Pro when camera is facing front it vibrates is this a software issue or does it need returned. Bought it mid jan for 11/2 birthday prezzie

There are lots of posts online regarding this problem. It seems it can be very difficult to cure. I would speak to the seller’s customer services first. If it’s still under return warranty, then I’d return it for a replacement or refund.
