Do 5 tablets of perfect amino equal to 1 scoop of perfect amino? I had been taking the tablets but recetnly purchased the powder.

Yes (from my understanding) but with the powder you can even take a third scoop in the evening.. of course I think that's a bit much but that's what they have on the bottle.
