The masala premix is prefect, not too strong and not too sweet, it's just the right blend and mixes in very smoothly into hot water without leaving any lumps. I've tried many other brands but found this to be much better. Don't hesitate to buy!

Saved me in foreign country
We Indians can't live without tea and a fresh, kadak one at that. This product does the same perfectly and produces a good cup of tea which feels as if freshly brewed. Saved myself in a foreign country with no access to kitchen. Just add 100ml hot water and you are ready to go. What a time to be alive.

Got this for my wife and mom and both found it average. The ginger chai lacks flavour and doesn't come close to traditionally made ones. Suitable for travel and emergencies

Worst premix ever
This is the worst premix chai I have ever had. You can see in the picture, it's so black as if it lacks milk powder. The masala one feels like spicy water. DO NOT BUY
