Fit size 16 perfectly
As I didn't know what type of birth I would end up having, I thought it best to buy these disposable knickers just incase. They are described as for use post c-section, but I thought they would also be useful for any type of birth. In the end I had a vaginal birth, but I still decided to use these whilst I was in the hospital and experiencing heavy blood loss post partum. I teamed them with the Lil-lets maternity pads, which fit perfectly. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 16 and I really only gained standard baby weight during my pregnancy. The knickers fit me absolutely fine and didn't feel either too big or too small. They had good stretch, but didn't seem to become baggy. The knickers were soft and comfortable. They were very durable and I didn't feel like they would fall apart, although they are disposable. If I had a second pregnancy I would definitely purchase these knickers again for post partum. They are a little pricey, but I think they were definitely worth it.

A must-have postpartum essential—especially after a C-section
As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must. I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them. I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about. I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either. Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!

A must have for your hospital bag
I tell everyone that I know is having a baby to purchase at least one box of these (though most order a second when they see how good, time saving and handy they are). Comfortable, durable, perfect for your maternity pad and if the pad leaks (which can happen with best will in the world those first few days) who cares, rip them off, bin them and grab a fresh pair! Game changer when your trying to care for your new little person and yourself in those first weeks

Must-have for C-section
I got it for post C-section recovery and this was a total saviour - very soft / not rubbing anywhere, but providing good cover and not slipping down (unlike maternity knickers you get in hospital). And great value for money compared to other options. The fabric also goes well with maternity pads.

Brilliant but shame so expensive
Brilliant. So comfortable on my incision, keeps everything in place, doesn’t fall down, easy on/off when dealing with limited mobility. Shame so expensive hence the loss of one star

Very comfortable
These were absolutely brilliant for my post partum recovery. Very comfortable. I was sad to stop using them to be honest! Lol

Discreet, thin, comfy but certainly functional
Apparently better than any others. Absorbancy was good, thin, discreet and comfy. Apparently recommended and the absorbancy is not affected by them being thin or stretchy

Good post partum wear
Very easy to use, rips at sides for quick mess-free changes. Good fit, comfy, didn’t irritate me. Used post partum after a vag delivery, pads stuck well to inside

Perfect for postpartum but can be tight on legs
Best for after a C section! Does go far enough up my stomach that it doesnt rub my incision the wrong way however it can get “stuck” under my c section shelf but not painful and isnt tight to cause any weird sensations. The material is thin enough to wear under regular clothing. Only complaint is the thigh area is not very wide/stretchy, I have average to somewhat thicker thicks and it can be tight around that area and roll up. I do have to adjust it a lot when laying down due to the tightness in that area.

Parfait 👍

Best post partum slips on the market - only ones to make you feel human enough
The Frida mom post partum slips are the only ones I recommend, after having tried them all. These ones are sturdy comfortable to wear and make you feel confident that you wont bleed your trousers. They are well worth the investment. I also washed some of them and they faired well tp be reused without issue.

Best underwear after birth!
These are amazing! I brought these to the hospital and used them and loved everything about them. They did not hurt my C-Section, they were soft and comfortable as they are high waist. Easy to wear and remove which is super important with a C section. You can dispose of them easily. Definitely recommend! Continued to use them at home for 2 weeks before going back to normal underwear. If you can, when lying in bed, roll them down to leave your scar to heal without coverage. I did that a lot and it helps in healing faster!
