Complete disappointment. Not new. Doesn’t work
So sad and disappointed. We were so excited to give this to our boys for Christmas. They opened it up and it was clear that it is a used item. The box is old and torn up. We tried to connect it so the boys could play, it doesn’t work. We tried troubleshooting it, nothing. It was so hard to see the disappointment on their faces. We saved to buy this for them. I’m hoping the seller will do the right thing and reimburse us. 🥲

Tore box and fallen off and parts
When I received the item the box was in terrible shape. It was ripped at every corner and held together with one small piece of tape. Once I opened the box my Xbox controller was missing a piece that ended up under the Xbox itself. Looks as tho everything was thrown in, in a hurry.

I just got this and it’s damage I’m not happy one nit about it it’s suppose to be new and not damage in stead it’s damaged
