Skechers Performance Men's Go Walk 2

I have plantar fasciiatis and these shoes are the only thing that keeps me on my feet. They (GoWalk2) are far superior to the newer GoWalk3 and GoWalk4 variants. These soft plush round dot pattern soles are like walking around on 30 small pillows. They are a dream. Much to my pleasant surprise I found them here because for some strange reason Skechers has abandoned this design and you can't get them in stores, and I thought I'd never find another pair. I can't explain why they've changed something that was so perfect, and Skechers if you are out there I beg of you, PLEASE resurrect this soft ultra plush (succulent) sole pattern. There is only one downside to them, they do wear out fast because the tread pattern is so soft. But if you live with feet in pain as I do buying another pair of shoes every year is worth it...worth it...worth it

I went on a 5 day vacation to Virginia and Washington DC. WE averaged over 5 miles a day in these great shoes. My feet did not hurt or seem to get tired. They are great for Old Feet! I am sure that they would be great for every age.

Don't bother using these for normal walking. If you find yourself on a side of a surface which you could usually deal with, the shoes can slide around your foot and leave you flat on your face. These are absolutely terrible on wet concrete, walking on ice might be easier. I had to put in Scholl's immediately after getting them, because the cushion is so stiff that I felt like I was stomping barefoot. The treads have worn down significantly over the month or so I've had them. If you want to use them as loafers or never expect to walk on wet concrete or uneven surfaces, these are great. I've just had several issues with falling over and sliding randomly with them, and so I am rather miffed at the product. They are very breathable and comfortable, and while I don't use them this way - socks are optional. I got these New-Used for 10$ and I'm still not happy with them.

We ordered a Skechers Go Walk 2 Men’s black shoe, which is a repeat order from one year ago. We ordered them again because my husband loves them so much! He says they’re comfortable, lightweight, supportive. Unfortunately, we did not receive the shoes that we ordered. They have a Skechers’ symbol on them, but they are flat, have a completely different tread, no opening in the back, different material. I’m not sure which shoe this actually is—or what happened— but we are very VERY frustrated! These shoes were requested for an upcoming event, too. Hoping Amazon fixes this issue quickly.

Super comfy. I walk around 5 miles a day and these make it real easy on my feet and legs in general. They seems to be wearing pretty good as some comfy shoes don't last very long. Hope they keep making the GoWalk 2's as I plan on continuing to buy them. I wear them with and without socks, I do socks when I'm going to be doing a lot of walking for a long time. I could care less about color, too old for that, so I buy the least expensive pair which was black when I bought mine. Okay, I would never buy pink if that was a choice and they were free. :) I recommend for a comfortable pair of casual shoes.

First, I'll address the fit because it can be an issue with shoes like these. I wear a men's 9-and-a-half but usually buy size 10 because my feet are a bit wide. This fits me perfectly in size 10 ... easy to slip on yet they don't feel loose. I bought these before a three-week trip overseas because I didn't want to carry a lot of shoes. In black, these look good with socks and black pants when you want to dress up a bit with a nice shirt, but also work very well for casual wear, including shorts when you wear them without socks (very comfortable with or without socks). Black will also conceal scuffs, dust, dirt, etc.In addition to their versatility, the big selling point as travel shoes is their remarkably light weight. They feel like nothing. You can walk all day in them (and I did, all over Bangkok) without ever feeling foot-weary. And the soles provide far more cushion than I expected (considering the light weight). I've yet to feel any pressure points or foot soreness in these.Oddly enough, when we got to Australia on the trip, every member of the wait staff in our hotel restaurant (Silky Oaks Lodge) was wearing Skechers Go shoes in black. Our waitress saw mine and said, "Hey, you've got 'em too!" Those women and men are on their feet all day and all night, and they say for the price, there is no more comfortable shoe. And our waitress pointed out another benefit of which I was not aware: she said you can clean them by just popping them into a washing machine.

I got these shoes to try and relieve my plantar fasciitis while walking, biking, and standing at work. I wanted something all black that didn't look like a ugly running shoe. I love these and I'm so glad I got them, even though I spent more than i usually do on shoes. They're very non descript, flexible, and breathable. They're comfy and are so far relieving the plantar pain I was having during those activities. I also have wide feet and the flexible structure of the shoe easily accommodates this. The fit was as expected. I also tend to get pain on the outer front soles of my feet, which has been relieved by these shoes. I find they correct my feet a little as though there is more support on the outer soles than inner soles

having just got over a knee injury that was still uncomfortable when walking AND the other foot getting Plantar fasciitis in sympathy I thought Id try these to see if they could help. They did and.am now walking fine.its like walking in slippers and appear to be robust. wearing them all the time now.even though I have other shoes these are my favourites.cant fault them

These are a very lightweight and comfortable shoe and appear to be the correct fit (though I haven't had my feet properly measured recently, so can't swear to it).When I ordered them I assumed they would be elasticated in some way but this particular style isn't. This means that, though very comfortable when on, getting your feet into them can be a slight struggle - hence only 4 stars. However, once they are on, they are fine and have immediately become my favourite shoe.I have now ordered a Skechers trainer for general use (with elastic laces) and another pair of 'low loafers' but this time ones with an elastic gusset on the top side of the instep, which will, hopefully, make it easier to slip on.

This particular style looks a bit cheap as it's not your normal fabric construction in the shoe, it's mainly a kind of mesh with a background.I bought these for my son but they were at least a one size (possibly two) too big! This is really annoying as it means that when you by Skechers Go walks you have to order two pairs to make sure you get the right size and then send one back.I bought these when they were on offer at £28 for a size 10. As I've said they were absolutely huge and had to be sent back but when I wanted a replacement for my son they were £80!The pricing on Skechers Go Walk is completely ridiculous. These are after all only pumps! The quality is good but they certainly do not justify the ridiculous price tags.I have many pairs of Skechers and almost every single time I've had to return them because of sizing issues. This is extremely frustrating.My other issue is about the pricing. A size 7 might be £40, 7 and a half £60, size 11 £28.... you get the picture?! I have no idea why the pricing is like this as surely all the shoes should be the same? I understand the prices change due to supply and demand but this sort of price range is just taking the mickey.I really like Skechers because I've never found another shoe so comfortable but their sizing is a major problem!Skechers, sort it out!!!!If you are thinking of getting sketches you may need to order a size down. If the size you need is on offer I strongly recommend you buy two pairs: your normal size and one size down return the one you don't need) when you go to get the correct size you'll find the price is 3 times more!Do remember that for some sellers YOU will have to pay for the return postage even though you have ordered the correct size and it is Skechers who are at fault.

Having recently purchased similar shoes to these for myself I tried to persuade my husband to buy the Mens version. I found my mine really comfortable and felt sure he would too. However, he did nothing about buying any so I went a head and purchased some for him.He loves them and cannot believe how light and comfortable they are to wear. Men! Why are they so obstinate?. I would definitely recommendthese shoes to others who want shoes which are light as a feather and really comfy to wear indoors and outdoors.

Quite simply the best trainer/shoe/slipper you will ever have on your feet. No socks required and at their best for walking in the summer,abroad on your holidays.

Very lightweight, though rather a snug fit. My personal feeling is that they are a rather ugly shoe that is certainly function over fashion. In fairness they are well made, but not a purchase I would make again, however on the positive, they will be useful shoes to put the bins out though I doubt they will get too many public airings

Hi I felt that they were I shade to small for ten having saidThey are really comfortable just that tiny bit tight and also the price difference between each size is some thing I can't understand perhaps someone could explain it to meBut comfortable they are like wearing slippers. B A

I was concerned that the fit would be a problem as some makes of shoes of my size do not fit correctly. These, however fit nicely and are very comfortable and light.The downside is that they are not summer wear as they make my feet very hot to the point they sweat profusely and at the end of the day I have to wash my feet and use a deodorant in the shoes!

have purchased these for many years for my parents without a problem the shoe size itself is ok, however if you have a particularly wide foot or any kind of swollen foot problem then these are not for you as they are far too tight. There is not any "give" in them to stretch either,.My mother has a problem foot and has had to buy the skechers "boat shoe" with laces and a detached tongue in order that it can be stretched out to get her foot in

I have arthritis in my hips and am always on the look out for comfortable walking shoes. I have been mostly wearing Merrells and thought them very good, but these are even better. In truth, they don't look quite so good, being a cross between pumps and slippers, but they are very light and the soles really absorb impact. Recommended for anyone who likes walking but struggles with it.

I have a pair of the original ultra-comfortable Skechers 2 (three years old) and unfortunately this newer pair do not come anywhere close. They are lighter (flimsier?) and quite uncomfortable to walk in due to a stitching lump running along the length of the sole under the instep. Not the first Skechers I have bought recently that have this same drawback. Comfortable and very light on feet good support feels like you are walking on air they really help with my sensitive heels which normally hurt at the end of the day. Ordered size 10 and they fit as expected. I will be using these around the house as slippers they will last much longer so a good investment.

These shoes are remarkable. They look a bit like carpet slippers but don't let that deceive you: these are robust, lightweight and very long lasting shoes. I've worn them traipsing around tombs and the Pyramids in Egypt, on Scottish moors, Mediterranean beaches and even in the office!The soft soles mould themselves to your feet and cushion every step. They aren't intended to be waterproof, though wet streets pose no problems.

Bought these for myself and a pair for hubby too, as we were going to the chelsea flower show (a lotta walking!!). Never even knew they were on my feet, in fact haven't left them off since. Hubby even forgot to pop his slippers on when we returned home as they are so comfortable !!! intending to buy some more sketchers, with memory foam. Am so pleased I took someone's advice to buy these. Highly recommend to anyone. Not too pricey either.
