Good quality and will outlast other pans that are metal
9x5 bread pans are great. made two loafs and they turned out great. I am tired of metal coated pans rusting and flaking. I decided to go stainless for the longer life and use. They baked even and had no issues. I will probably get bigger pans soon to round out my collection. Overall I am happy and would buy again.

Love for sourdough loaves
I've been doing two pan method for sourdough loaves and it works great. I just oil both of them before putting loaf in. I have to bake a little longer than other pans but that's fine.Absolutely love not having to worry about non stick coating, and they don't have any issues with sticking
