Can I use end-hose sprayer for the concentrate? What setting should I use if the answer is yes.

I have never used the end-hose sprayer for this application. The label lists the mix at 13-ounces per gallon. If your sprayer will accommodate that calculation you should be good to go.

Is there an expiration date with the concentrated products?

Not that I know of. I have kept the product over the winter and it seems to be OK.
