Great for sport activities
These are perfect for sports activities. They stay in place, are super sticky, and don’t shift at all. Especially great for pole dancing!

Keep your old cases
The actual pad is what you'd expect, but they didn't come in the plastic travel case as they used to.

Too small.
I guess before buying I should've realised that micro actually meant that the pad were tiny. I mean, very tiny. Literally miniscule. Not sure about their purpose to be honest. As not much use and have got to be changed too often. Think twice before buying. Maybe a regular size would do a better job for you.
