Is it normal for this thing to always be hot even if not being used?

Dear customer, Please note: as the product has an aluminum shell and is very small, it needs to be dissipated during use, so it is normal to be a little warm. When you just finished using the product, the product is still dissipating heat, and it is normal to be warm. Please disconnect the product when not in use. Any further inquires, please feel free to contact us through Amazon Message Center. Best Regards, CableCreation Team
