Purchased for shaping my sourdough bread when I want to make loaves (instead of round loaves). Works perfectly for that purpose and works even better after I seasoned it.

Good banneton. Slightly smaller than advertised but perfect for ~900g loaf.

These were the perfect size for my new ciabatta bread hobby. I didn't like the wet dough flattening out so much during the second proof and these (I bought two) were the perfect size (10 inches). Also I floured the cloth liner with rice flour. No wet sticky loaves have stuck yet--that was the goal. Perfect for wet dough breads such as ciabatta and sour dough.

Got the 10 inch size, which is perfect for one loaf of sourdough made using the Tartine method. The brotform came exactly as described. Great bread basket.

Low price but gaps in rattan, exposed staples and rough areas are disappointing. Bannetons I’ve purchased from other Amazon sellers cost a few dollars more but they do not have these problems. If you normally use the Banneton with the fabric liner, the gaps and rough areas may not be a problem for you and saving a few dollars may be worth considering.

This 10" Oval Banneton rattan handmade basket is made well and produces a very nice set of rings making the bread so beautiful.

I would have given it a 5, but there was a large gap in the bottom that I needed to employ my craft knowledge to fix. I didn’t want to send it back, because I was so happy with size. Overall, I am pleased, and would repurchase from this seller should I need to.

My sourdough is good, but raising it for the last (pre-bake) rise in this banneton has made a huge difference in the height of the loaf. It's still crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, but it's gained more than 1 in of height so it's all the awesome but less dense. Makes great fresh bread and then OMG the toast over the next few days!
