I bought and took Hyssop as a tea to soften up asthma cough and it is amazing! Because of its slight bitterness I mixed it with mint tea and honey. Sometimes I add mixture of grind ginger and lemon and honey (honey goes in when tea is not boiling hot anymore) and this is first year that I didn’t need to take steroids for my asthma. Just wanted to add, I drink this tea 2-3 times a day while symptoms are present. Highly recommend!
