I picked this up to have an easy cold/hot option for minor ankle/foot soreness after workouts, and it’s been really convenient. The gel pack stays flexible even after freezing, so it actually wraps around the area instead of feeling like a hard brick. The hook-and-loop strap makes it easy to secure without having to hold it in place, and it gives a nice light compression. Size-wise, it’s best for smaller areas like ankle, wrist, foot, or elbow. It can work on a knee, but coverage is limited, so don’t expect it to wrap the whole joint. Temperature lasts long enough for a typical session (around the 15–20 minute range). Only minor downside: the Velcro can snag on fabric if you’re not careful when storing it. Overall, simple, reusable, and does exactly what I wanted.

Works great for my foot. Do NOT overheat, follow the instructions. It wraps around your feet, hands, arms etc. And brings great relief.

Having instep issues heat or cold, depending on the pain is so much quicker and safer than painkillers. These wrap around my instep and provide soothing relief quickly. Freeze them in your freezer, heat them in a microwave. They will work wherever the bands can wrap around. Solid outer casing that is short and comfortable Velcro straps. Good item to have on hand for aches and pains.

This is a perfect product for someone who broke a bone in their foot. I am able to wrap it quickly around my foot and ice it without trying to find a way of holding the ice on

I twisted my ankle and tried to use icepacks which wouldn't wrap around my ankle and stay on. What a great, affordable find - a good product that does what it says it will do. This wraps neatly in place and stays there. And it was delivered the next day with Prime!

The ice portion is too small and thin. Ice produce cold for short time. I think this will work for kids to cool down need area.

It works but thought it was more of a one piece that could be adjusted to form around foot and it’s actually 2 velcro rectangles that attach similar to a regular ice pack. It Works and it convenient thought

This is the best pain relief for gout I've ever had. Had this product for over 18 months now. Had about 5 bouts in that time. This soothes in about 1 minute and the pain gone in about 5 minutes. As someone that's had gout for over 10 years, I know the incredible pain, like a broken foot on the underneath near sole and a hot tattoo needle scraping your knuckle of big toe. I keep this product in the freezer. The best thing about it is the way it fits. It feels like you are only hitting the gout spot. You can position to fit the knuckle of big toe or the outside of foot. And stays on right on the spot. With ice packs or frozen peas the cold coverage is too broad and it makes painless regions too cold and you have to take the foot away, rendering them useless. This just hits the spot and stays there. You can keep it there until the ice melts and allow the ice to do it's job on those sharp crystals and inflamed area. I'm writing this now as I lay, foot elevated after waking up to a sudden gout attack. For how I woke up, in so much pain, I'd have paid hundreds of pounds to have this. I couldn't wait to hobble down the stairs on one leg and get to the freezer. It's also very well made. The velcro, the strap, the material that holds the ice are all like brand new, after over 18 months. I haven't used it for anywhere other than my big toe and outside of foot but I imagine it would work the same on other joints. Highly recommend for gout sufferers.

Perfect Size for my 8.5 (39) Ladies Shoes size. I use it for Neuropathy pain associated with right leg paralysis, from an accident that left me with chronic pain and loss of almost all of sensation. The only thing I feel is a general ache and because of the loss of circulation it's always cold. Heating this little gel pack up & applying it is an easy. Quickly warms up the foot and relieves the discomfort. The Material that holds the little gel pack is great quality, easy to put on, it's adjustable and closes with Velcro. Fits even when I have edema in the foot and it's a couple inches bigger. Definitely safer than wrapping a heating pad around the foot and it doesn't fall off like a magic bag or hot water bottle. Stays put and is Comfortable. I would like to buy a couple of extra Gel packs in case I need to relace the original or use on for Cold and one for hot. Not sure if they sell them separate on Amazon but I hope they do.

Nach einer Stressfraktur am Mittelfußknochen muss ich noch gelegentlich kühlen. Diese Manchette ist sehr gut, das Material und vorallem die Passform finde ich perfekt. Hält sehr gut und kühlt recht lange.

L'ho acquistato per una distorsione al piede per la quale mi era stato prescritto di mettere ghiaccio tutte le sere. Ho scelto questo prodotto sulla base delle recensioni Amazon e non posso che confermare che è un buon orodotto: il sacchettino con il liquido da mettere in freezer è poco ingombrante ma mantiene il freddo abbastanza a lungo e inoltre, tolto dal freezer, basta muoverlo un po' per farlo adattare alla zona da trattare.
