Tastes great but a bit hard to filter

I really love the taste of this Doum, very authentic and refreshing. I made it as a cold drink and the flavor is perfect. My only issue is it's a bit hard to filter, so I had some rough texture / fine powder left in the drink. I had to strain it twice through a fine cloth to get it smooth. If you have a good fine strainer it's fine. Overall good product, I would buy again but just be prepared to filter well.
