White LED Fold Down Boat Stern Light Boat Anchor Light for Pontoon (12 Inch)

Used on a 24ft pontoon, mounted on Bimini top. Originally had a 36" light that was too long. This one fits perfectly and looks great. Nice and bright, easy to wire up. Works as intended. Would recommend

Not polarity sensitive, so install is easy. Seems like a decent value and mounting was easy. Material and overall appearance are good. The visibility should be good for others, and I hope it’s water resistant. Finally installed it tonight with a bunch of other things I got for my boat.

I had re-done at Pontoon Boat and bought a stern light at Walmart. Within a year the dome cover cracked and the centigrade is from the sun. I install this seems a little brighter and it seems like the heavier dumb cover will last a while. Time will tell How it handles the sun.

Beautiful light and folds the direction I need it to go. The wire comes out above the bracket and there is no hole to route it down to connect to the source power. I drilled a hole through one of the screw mount holes and the wire was just small enough to go through,. The wire on the light base is barely 3" long so I had to pull the power wires up through the hole first and solder them and put a small piece of electrical tape so that I could pulled them down. There is no room to put shrink fittings on the connection once I pulled the wires down. I tested the light first and it was good. After hooking it up the light didn't come on. After trouble shooting the connection I found the bulb had come out of the socket. It has two pins, so it must have barely been installed and fell out while I was doing the wiring. I am happy with the light, it extends just above the height of my 40 HP Yamaha and folds toward the motor and lays along the top of the stern. Of course, if it ever fails to illuminate, I'll be looking at the wire connects first.

Dont get this. It worked on one of my night rides but started flickering on my second night ride and stayed off for a long time. Im getting power to the bulb but bulb is garbage. I believe they did a bad job soldering the bulb to the electrical board. The mount also does not lock into place.
