Quality is good for the price, no blade wiggle and it is sharp and smooth. I am not a fan of thumb studs that are not reversible or removable. I am left handed and this just gets in my way and is uncomfortable to even attempt to use. If you are right handed and need a good foldable thin sharp prep knife this may be a good option for you.

Bought this to cut fruit at my bar. Seriously, even the snottiest of craft cocktailers are terrible with knives. Like they've never worked in a restaurant and not heard chefs scream about knife care. I've tried bring in good knives and insist they be sheathed when not in use and only used on wood or plastic boards. They will use them on metal in a pinch. They will store them, blade down, in a metal shaker with other metal tools. While they saw through citrus with a brand new cheap, short, lightweight paring knife I'm getting the job done faster and with far less effort. It's not the greatest knife ever, for sure. It's not forged, the bolster isn't, well, there, so not great for a pinch grip. But using it only for bar fruit and keeping it away from the abuses of others I think it will last me a good, long time. And the foldable.... It just makes it so much easier. It fits in a small pocket in my bag. It can stay there and I don't have to take it out to make room for real life when I'm not at work so I don't have to worry about forgetting it.

I really like this handy knife. It holds an edge pretty well and has multiple uses.

I always need to cut something (food) on trips. This is so much better than a plastic knife or the knives provided at timeshare owner rentals. Good quality, sharp and compact. Be aware they are not lightweight and you will be pleased.

Like the idea of a folding knife. Just can't get it to stay sharp. Bigger than I thought it was, almost too big to transport around as part of a travel lunch kit for vacation. Not too expensive though. I'd buy a fixed blade the same side w a blade guard next time.
