Super sharp and stays super sharp...great grip!
Far and away my favorite filet knife. Just the right amount of flex and an edge that stays sharp through a dozen speckled trout or more. The grip is extremely ergonomic and slip resistant. Cleans easily when you are done. Would highly recommend this knife. And one of the best parts it is still MADE IN THE USA!

It holds an amazingly sharp edge and cuts way better than my cheaper Rapala knives.

Love this knife
Catching many large Tilapia and this nice does an excellent job making fillets. Soft handle and flexible blade make for a great fillet knife.

Great fillet knife for saltwater fish made in USA
Great handle, solid great quality stainless blade that holds a fantastic edge at a great price! Much better the china made junk with fancy packaging. Have been using them for years. You won't be disappointed, check out the mates cleaning fish at your local marina, you'll see.

Good knife good flex
Really like the knife it is thin and sharp. I like dexsteel it is easy to sharpen and gets really sharp. I liked the sleeve to protect the blade. It has the right amount of flex and works well for what it was made for. I would recommend.
