Working good, more than enough storage. Everything is easy to use. It mounts nice and easy secured. It isn't way too much. Seems to be very strong. And it's portable, which is what I like. If I need to move it, it's really easy to do not a problem. Whatsoever, I like the fact that I can secure it and then in a flash, pick it up and take off with it. If I need to for whatever reason, it's not a big process. Definitely a good deal. Highly recommend this one fingerprint. Everything works good. I'm definitely a good deal. I was skeptical ordering this because I prefer and try to buy American made products whenever I can for a number of reasons, but brand name safes this size from the US with these features are hard to find 100% made in the US and usually cost at least twice as much. Several I looked at were made in the US but with some imported parts, mainly the electronics and push button keypads, and they had less than average reviews for quality, so I bought this instead. This company is based in Texas, and these safes are made overseas. It’s well made, solid, has 2 lock latches, and as far as I can tell, has no flaws where it can be opened easily, accidently or intentionally, while bypassing the three secure locking methods. It’s perfect for what I need it for. Wanted a smaller sized safe to keep my handgun safely locked up out of kids reach. So far so good with the electronics. Very easy to set up. Great customer support. I had a minor issue when I received the safe, emailed a message on the website, and had an answer that resolved the issue in less than a day. This will not replace a heavier, higher security safe, but if you need a reliable safe that’ll lock up a couple medium sized handguns or one large gun, is easy to set up, opens everytime with the fingerprints, has a backup combination and key entry, great price and excellent customer support, you can’t go wrong.

I've had this safe for a few days now and so far everything is working as it should. Set up fingerprints with no problem, access code with no problem, set up the app with an Android phone and that is working as it should as well. The key with setting up the app with an Android phone is to make sure Bluetooth and location are both on, otherwise it won't work. It's a really nice heavy duty safe and it opens virtually immediately with any of the methods you choose to open it. It's plenty big enough for my purposes and it's nicely padded all the way around the inside. Another cool feature is the date and time and battery level. When you set up the app it automatically sets the date and time for you so you don't need to manually do it. It obviously syncs the date and time from your phone to the safe. There's a lot of technology built into this safe and app. If anything changes I'll update this review, but so far I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with this purchase. I did have some questions before I purchased this safe so I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive with answering all my questions. I'm just really impressed with everything about the safe and customer service, couldn't ask for more. Edit/Update: I just want to comment on some other reviewers that are having problems. The default when the safe is new is for any fingerprint to open the safe. You absolutely must set an administrator fingerprint to secure the safe for specific biometric fingerprint access. Also, one of the really great features of this particular safe is that you have to scan your fingerprint six times before it will take. That is a huge Plus, don't buy a biometric safe that only requires three scans. When you scan your fingerprint six times, you should turn your finger slightly each time and move it up and down slightly in different positions. That way your fingerprint doesn't have to be in the exact same position each time. It's a fantastic feature and it works flawlessly. I opted for the larger version of this safe as, among other additional features, this one has dual latches instead of just one. Update 2: I've been using this safe for about 6 weeks now and I open it at least three or four times a day, the vast majority of time using only a finger tip scan. Sometimes I use the six digit code just to check that functionality. I fully charged it when I got it and it is still showing that the battery is fully charged, very impressive. And it's still working as it should, absolutely no issues at all.

I wasn’t asked to write this. I’m just shocked at how good it is. So stinking simple to set up with a 6-digit passcode and fingerprint for every finger and toe you have. USB-C charging is a big plus. The small size safe has plenty of space for my compact firearm with optic and light + 2 spare mags. All of that was already great, but add to it the app so you can see battery life, change passcodes (need to know the current passcode to change it), open the safe, and more - and you have a fantastic safe and great user experience overall. I own a Stopbox (if you know you know), but this safe is so fast and easy it’s now my go to for keeping my peace-maker out of reach from my kids and I’m moving the Stopbox to the truck. Highly recommend you get this safe.

Bought it in February of 2024. Charged it once when I first got it. Just checked battery level via the app and after 2 years it still has 64%. I open it frequently (3-5x/month) for range trips. So in my opinion battery power is nothing to complain about after over 2 years on one charge. Other than that I have had zero issues with any of its functions. Solid build quality. I also have the larger version that I bought in May of 2024. I open that one slightly less frequently but after 2 years on one charge the app is showing 87% battery. Zero functionality issues with that one as well. App is super convenient and has never given me any problems. Just Bluetooth connect via app and you can open, check battery, change pass codes... Awesome safes.

Well built, quality safe. I have to admit, this was t my first choice. It was lower priced. But due to budget issues I decided to give it a try. Was I wrong/right! This safe is well built and has all the features (biometric reader, cable secure system, hidden hinges(which what I thought was my first choice did not have). The key works very well. I just got this so haven’t had a chance to test out the battery longevity, but I’d be surprised if it was t good. I’ll update this with any negative surprises if I find any. Why did I give 4 stars and not five? I found the foam sheets inside to be cheap and not suffice to cushion my handgun adequately. While this is something easily remedied, I felt a 5 star would have had a better foam.

I have purchased this gun safe twice, once for myself and another time as a gift for a friend's birthday. I have recommended this safe nonstop since my first purchase and absolutely abide by it. Being able to use a fingerprint (biometric), a passcode, or a key has definitely made it very easy to use. This safe is as sturdy as a safe could come, it definitely is built properly as it has some weight to it. I am able to store my handgun, multiple magazines as well as a flashlight inside with leftover space. Locking it as easy as it could be - simply closing the safe after opening it with either your fingerprint, passcode or key. Although it is easy for the owner to access, it has its safety feature of providing a security cable - allowing myself to safely secure it to my nightstand without ever worrying about someone being able to just pick it up and leave. 10/10 safe! I have also contacted Billconch for customer service - they are quick to reply and very helpful. I will continue purchasing all of my future safes from them.

Great safe that i s the perfect size for 2 small handguns. Set up was very easy and the fingerprint reader is spot on everytime. It is not very thick and fit easily under my bed or nightstand. The noise level of the buttons is pretty loud but can be easily turned off. I would not recommend if you are wanting to mount this safe.
