Invaluable. As someone who frequently handles wooden pallets, I've gotten more than my share of splinters over the years. These tweezers are the right tool for getting those splinters out of my hands. My hands are pretty callused, too, and the sharp tips make digging through thick skin much easier. I keep one pair on my keychain and one pair in my locker. They're pricey, but they work well and seem pretty durable.

These are perfect not only for splinters but can get those chin hairs when they've barely broken skin. I have bought a few of these so I have a pair in my travel bag, purse and bathroom plus an extra stashed away.

Things are great to have on my keychain, I’m always fumbling a set of tweezers and forgetting where I put them so when I do get a splinter or something under my nails, I’m scrambling to find it, these are perfect and right where I can get um. Super sharp and precise, folds into itself and looks like a little fang on my keychain. Can’t fall out. It’s perfect

They get into tight spots, but they’re difficult to hold and too small for my hands to manipulate

They are well made and the tips meet at a fine point, which is useful for digging out some splinters. Also, unlike some tweezers, the tips come together WELL. They aren’t misaligned or wobbly. They have a wierd folding/ storage mechanism, which I think is a little silly unless you want to carry them around on your keychain, but it doesn’t bother me that they are that way. I wouldn’t mind if they were a little bigger, but they are OK they way they are. I plan to order another pair so I can have one pair in my medecine cabinet and in my first-aid kit.

This thing is great for taking out splinters. We bought it for our young daughter and it really helps to get in and out fast. It’s super sharp and allows for you to get the splinter quickly.

Bought these for use in the metal shop, they paid for themselves in the first time I forgot to use gloves with a die grinder in the time it saved chasing barely visible splinters. I gave it 4 stars only because they appear to be a keychain type item, (and they truly are pocketable) however they also tend to open up on their own in the pocket and will stab your leg because of how sharp they are. Not really a problem, just something to be aware of so you don't put them there. I wish I had a pair for home as well.

when i opened them i scratched my head wondering what they were i found a youtube video that explained how to use and wow these are great to use 20 seconds to remove a splinter highly recommended they are small and compact

Purchased for ticks given growing lyme disease risk, but so far has only seen use for splinters. But it's very precisely made and quite robust considering its weight. Impressed.

I was worried they would pop open in my pocket and I’d get a sharp jab in the thigh or hand (or somewhere worse), but they appear to be specifically designed to never do that. Sharp, sturdy, good design and tremendously useful. *If you keep them on a heavy set of keys, I would recommend separating the tweezers from your keys if you are about to do something precise or near a vulnerable spot because the weight from your other keys and fobs could hinder your precision. Thank you!
